    The Winslow Elks Hoop Shoot competition was held Jan. 23.    
    The winners in the boys’ competition were Brett Alcott in the 8 and 9-year-old division, John Stacy in the 10 and 11-year-old division, and Tres Cake in the 12 and 13-year-old division.
    Winners in the girls’ competition were Payton Nez in the 8 and 9-year-old division, Brandi Jodie in the 10 and 11-year-old division and Richelyn Villanueva in the 12 and 13-year-old division.
    The winners were to compete in the District Hoop Shoot competition scheduled Jan. 31 in Winslow.
